The Edge of Two Worlds

One year after I documented their relocation to Natuashish I returned to photograph the Innu community in their new town. In the months that had past since the move many of the Innu's hopes for the new community had been dashed. The social problems which plagued their old town, Davis Inlet, had returned and although living conditions were greatly improved people complained of feeling hemmed in by the trappings of modern life they had accumulated.
